Loving The Skin I’m In.

For our Loving the Skin I'm in campaign we asked a group of women to tell us things they do/did to love the skin their in, despite the changes & challenges that came with battling Breast Cancer. We wanted to show other women that despite their scars, hair loss, etc., they are still beautiful & should LOVE THE SKIN THEIR IN!

“Also, the love from my kids and seeing them pray for me kept me motivated to continue a positive journey and get back to being Say’sha.”

“The shaving of my head placed me in battle mode”

“I had to come to terms with the fact that fighting for my life was more important than losing my hair”

“What I did to love myself again, I prayed for strength and fell in love with me all over again”

“My mental health has always been a priority, but cancer is causing me to go deeper in my spirituality, wellness, and personal development which has been necessary for this journey.”

“I had to solider on knowing I was not alone…”

“Being confident and accepting my diagnosis, scars, 7 all that came with this journey…I will forever love the skin I’m in!!”

“I learned that it’s ok to not be ok but, you can’t sit in that dark space for too long”
